Chord finder

I wanted one thing - to be able to identify chords that I play and dont know. Works fine unless you want to find a bar chord. Really?! I really would not have bought this if I has known it wouldnt identify bar chords. I wrote to support on the website and never got an answer.

UPDATE: I got them on the phone and George patiently & cheerfully helped me understand how I could figure out what I need. He was so smart he had to dial back his intelligence to help me because of my ignorance about music. Thanks.
